Knowledge Hub

The Knowledge Hub consolidates all assets of the Rakuten Symphony’s Symworld application into a holistic view, providing easier management of organizational assets. This solution facilitates seamless access to information, enhancing user interactions with the application and strengthening business processes.

What did I do?

I was the principal product manager for Knowledge hub and I had 4 juniors who reported under me. The team worked tirelessly to develop this product that can be used globally, such as Germany, United States, Japan, Singapore and more.

We were part of the development to the delivery of Knowledge Hub worldwide, where we created the product roadmap, detailed features all the way to api that can be integrated between the other Symbiz products and client side solutions.
